One of the great misconceptions about DIY weddings is that they’re somehow unglamorous, even tacky, affairs. Pshaw, I say! As you’ve seen here, at DIY Bride, (and at the growing number of DIY blogs popping up)  do-it-yourself weddings can be gorgeous, elegant and utterly fabulous with a little effort and the right resources. Finding those resources – and sharing them with you – is something I love to do.

NYC Folks: Your “Must Attend” Event For January

The Wedding Library, along in part with Martha Stewart, is hosting the “must attend” wedding event of early 2008 at the Carlyle on January 26.
