Hi, my name is Mindy and I live in Los Angeles. When I became engaged in 2010, I needed to figure out how to have a Beverly Hills-style wedding on a shoestring budget. I never considered myself to be crafty but after attempting a few wedding projects, I found myself bitten by the DIY bug! My name is Whitney. I live in the Pacific Northwest (land of great beer, even better coffee, VooDoo Doughnuts, and lots o’ rain) with my newly minted hubby (Stephen) and our terrier mix, Emmett Otter. A native Oregonian, I am into hiking, trips to the beach, wine tasting, and farmers markets. My favorite activity has to be curling up in a chair with a good book in my hands and James Taylor on my stereo, after a day of madly crafting, baking, and/or writing.
