Pimped Projects, New Tuts, And Other Fab Features

Posted by Khris in DIYBride News

If you’re a regular DIY Bride reader you may have noticed some of the recent site changes (new design, better navigation, gallery). It’s all part of an ongoing site revamp to bring you more resources, more help, and more inspiration for creating the awesome wedding you deserve.

Next week I’ll be introducing some fun new features that’ll become part of the posting schedule. Curious about what’s in store? Here’s a sampling of some of the goodness coming your way:

  • Pimp My Project! • Have you had it with your favors? Is your invitation lacking the “it” factor? Centerpieces got you down? No problem! Let DIY Bride take your do-it-yourself project and give it a crafty makeover that you can do on your own.
  • Tutorial Tuesdays Workshop Wednesdays • Drop by each Wednesday for a brand spankin’ new how-to tutorial. You’ll learn nifty new skills, get useful info on craft techniques, and take away easy step-by-step instructions. Groovy!
  • Rockin’ Recipes • Foodies unite! If you’re considering do-it-yourself edibles for your wedding, this is for you. We’ll talk about (and give recipes for) signature cocktails, edible favors, wedding cakes, and even DIY catering.

I’m super duper excited about all of the upcoming changes and features and think you love ‘em as much I as I do.
