Preston Bailey for the DIY Bride

Posted by Khris in Fab Finds Friday, Steals + Deals

One of the great misconceptions about DIY weddings is that they’re somehow unglamorous, even tacky, affairs. Pshaw, I say! As you’ve seen here, at DIY Bride, (and at the growing number of DIY blogs popping up)  do-it-yourself weddings can be gorgeous, elegant and utterly fabulous with a little effort and the right resources. Finding those resources – and sharing them with you – is something I love to do.

Imagine my delight when the team at Preston Bailey contacted me to introduce Preston’s first product for us, the DIY crowd. Inspired by his love of empowering couples to do-it-yourself, Preston is offering a complete how-to guide and resource manual to create the Wedding Bell, this stuning table setting from his book “Celebrations”. Can you believe this look is achieved by using paper? Genius!

On April 06, 2009, Preston will offer a limited number 1,000 of copies of Wedding Bell for sale to the public. To celebrate the product’s launch, DIYBride readers are being offered a generous 15% discount! Please use discount code DIYBRIDE.

To reserve your copy:
  • Email diy@prestonbailey.com
  • Include your name, address, email address and telephone number
  • Use discount code DIYBRIDE

You’re so right that some people have the misconception that DIY weddings are either tacky or unglamorous. The DIY blogs (including yours) that I run across are some of the most creative and beautiful things I’ve ever seen. Kudos to you, Preston Bailey and other DIY geniuses who continually share their ideas and add a valuable resource to the wedding industry!

How much does this cost? I’d like to know before I send my contact information to Preston Bailey’s site. Why waste each others’ time?
