For a fall wedding with a Tropical Sunset theme. Our colors are plum, chartreuse, with a touch of violet and burnt orange.
We’re getting married next April. Our theme is “We’re getting married!” Our colors are lavender and silver, but since purple is my favorite color, I’m not going to exclude other shades.
our wedding colors are ivory & white. my bridesmaids will be wearing golden tafetta. my decorations are mainly white & ivory. decorations include white ostrich feathers, pearls, crystal trees, with strings of white flowers and damask patterns on my isle runner & table linens. our wedding of a guestlist of 600+ is july 2009. i’ve made everything from the invitations to center pieces to my isle runner.
We’re doing a destination wedding in Los Cabos, Mexico. We’re going for the fresh and breezy beach theme. Our colours will be light sky blue, white and a natural sand/beachwood beige. Bridesmaids will be in light sky blue linen sundresses, lots of white seashells and sanddollars, sand with blue seaglass in glass vases with white voltile candles, barefoot ceremony on the beach with a natural beachwood arch with white linen accents and chair covers, groomsmen in beige suits with white linen shirts.
We’re having a spring wedding done in “sorbet” colors; soft yellow, pastel pink and a peachy cantaloupe. We are having a traditional church ceremony followed by a pavilion, campground type reception decorated with string lights, pomander ball type topiaries for centerpieces and hanging paper lanterns… I am a huge DIYer and I hope to do most of this as cost effectively as possible!
We are having a night ranch wedding. Dr. Pepper red, Cobalt blue, with touches of silver throughout.
We’re doing a chocolate brown and light blue wedding, with white accents. Our wedding is in October at a winery, so fall colors might have been a more obvious choice, but I just love the brown/ blue combination.
We will be having a late summer evening wedding. We will have a dark (not quite navy) orange and a little bit of green and white.
We’re doing lavender with apple red accents. Some white and grey will be there to pull the look together. It’s hard to pinpoint a theme, except to say that it’s “us”: a little vintage, a little rock & roll, a little rustic, and a whole lot of whimsy!
We’re getting married in the desert – Tucson, Arizona. I decided on dark olive green, bright leaf green and copper.
We are getting married outside of Asheville, NC in October during leaf season and the wedding colors are cinnamon and wine (with ivory).
We don’t have a color palate for our SoCal picnic. We’re just picking colors as we go based on price, availability and of course taste. However, I’ve been told very clearly from my fiancee that our colors aren’t “rainbow.”
I’m doing ivory and lapis (a very dark purple) with touches of lime green. The majority of the decorations are ivory (the paper lanterns, lights, candles, most of the flowers, tablecloths, tent, etc) but the bridesmaid dresses are the lapis, as are some flowers and other decorations, with touches of the lime coming from orchids and other greenery….going for a bohemian/trendy garden wedding set on an August evening…can’t wait!
We’re in Morgantown, WV but because I’m an English teacher I’m really inspired by literature and my theme is inspired from “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” Lots of deep, enchanting jewel tones like dark blues and purples with some deep green and silver. I want it to be ethereal but not over the top! I’m still working out the details in my head but I can’t wait to see how it all works out!
We’re having a February wedding in Brooklyn, NY and trying to go for warm and cozy with a hint of vintage traveler feel. Our colors are eggplant purple and moss green with antique gold accents.
Our wedding is October 10th so we went with nice fall colors: chocolate brown, ivory and orange. Can’t wait!
We’re getting married in September, and our colors are chocolate brown and a limey, springy green. We’ll have some pops of orange in the bouquets.
We are doing a beach wedding so i am trying to match everything to seaglass… teals, tiffany blue, sea foam. I want to daisy and decorate with white starfish. so itll be light blues and green with crisp white and hints of yellows and beige.
We are having a “summer fun” themed wedding (in lovely sunny Australia), so we’re incorporating lots of bright colour to stimulate the guests’ senses. We’ve decided on fuschia pink, green, dark purple, bright orange and yellow. We’re using silver and ivory as accent colours. Had a lot of negative feedback on it, but we love it and can’t wait
Eggplant purple and lime green.
Gold and ivory, with touches of pale light green.
For our wedding next year, even though we are still determining a location, we are certain that the theme will be eco chic. I am thinking colors of greens and pale blues, basically the color of trees and seaglass, with whites as well. I plan to use an assortment of collected found glass jars, and use branches and a general tree motif. I want to have a subtle “enchanted forest” feel… we are getting married in washington state so the trees are perfect! I can’t wait!
Our wedding is going to be lavender and chocolate with an overall style that my mom has started describing as “Shabby Chic meets Pride & Prejudice.” We’ll be using picnic tables that I’m going to make slipcovers for, and using mis-matched flatware and white dishes. Lots of lace, lavender hydrangeas, and chocolate-colored ribbons.
Our colors are black, white, and green (it always gets a plant-y name like kiwi or fruit salad when I find it in a store).
Theme will be daisies and everything will be simple and elegant.
We are having a Spring evening wedding and our theme is The Beatles “All you need is Love” with lovebirds. Our colors will be pinks from pale pink to fuschias to some reds and Champagne cremes to bronzey gold for some evening glam. We will have some chartreuse as accents and a tropical flair.
We are having a May wedding and our colors are Aqua Blue & Steel Gray. No theme yet, still thinking.
Our colors are brown and berry. We are getting married on October 3rd, so we wanted to go with an earthy feel for fall without using the typical oranges and yellows. Our flowers and decorations will be accented with berrys and branches.
Our wedding is January 2010 and my colors are black & white. I love my damask tableclothes, but I haven’t been able to decide between apple green or a dark fushia as an accent color.
We are getting married at a vineyard in New Zealand and have chosen apple green and lavender as our wedding colours!
Hi!!! My colors are: gold, chocolate brown, pink and red. We are getting married the day before valentines, and I thought it will be fun to be inspired by it.
Our theme is Champagne wishes and chocolate dreams…
Our colors are light pink and silver. It’s going to be so beautiful for a spring wedding!
