I’m actually having a similar problem with my timing…except that my ceremony and reception will be in the same place!! the ceremony ending and reception beginning are about an hour apart and we have to rearrange with about 75 guests there!! I’m still trying to figure out what to do with all of the guests until the reception begins!

I am having the same issues with timing, from the ceremony to the rehearsal. Our wedding will be in a beautiful park. I am including in the invitations a statement that says, wedding ceremony with relaxing garden stroll to follow. Is there a park or beautiful location you could direct your guests to? Hope this helps. =)

I’d like to ask a question and get opinions from someone. As mother of the bride I am trying to plan the reception after the church. The latest we can start the ceremony is 2pm. We will be done by 3pm, with pictures to follow. Our reception hall cannot accomodate us until 6pm. What do I tell the guets to do in the meantime? We are going to the beach for family pictures.
