We are using WedShare.com and they have exactly what you're looking for. We designed our own Save-the-Dates e-cards, and are planning on sending an e-Invitation for our wedding, it has the capability for guests to RSVP online through our website right from the e-Card. All RSVPs are managed online too. The service includes your own domain name for free. We love it and it's super easy!!!

We chose http://www.mywedding.com, its FREE, allows you to play music, very user friend, tons of design templates, and it will allow you to do everything from invitation emails, RSVPs, and blogs all through the website.

I just recalled, you can also get a free page straight at the wordpress website. That’s what another friend of mine did & it works well.

We purchased our own domain and got the cheapest hosting at GoDaddy.com (~$5/month). From there you can install WordPress, a free blogging software. There are free templates all over the place- we found one we wanted and modified it a bit to our tastes. We added a forum for our guests by installing Joomla (also free). This is a bit more time consuming than the free sites out there, but you have a lot more flexibility in what you do…

I also just saw Daniel’s message and started setting up a site. I’ve actually started a few on various domains (weddingchannel.com, theknot.com, etc.), but I usually find something I don’t like and don’t finish it. I’ve been working on my mywedding.com page, and so far I love it! Very nice interface and some lovely templates. Thanks for the recommendation!
