We are using WedShare.com and they have exactly what you're looking for. We designed our own Save-the-Dates e-cards, and are planning on sending an e-Invitation for our wedding, it has the capability for guests to RSVP online through our website right from the e-Card. All RSVPs are managed online too. The service includes your own domain name for free.

We love it and it's super easy!!!

I just recalled, you can also get a free page straight at the wordpress website. That's what another friend of mine did & it works well.

We purchased our own domain and got the cheapest hosting at GoDaddy.com (~$5/month). From there you can install Wordpress, a free blogging software. There are free templates all over the place- we found one we wanted and modified it a bit to our tastes. We added a forum for our guests by installing Joomla (also free). This is a bit more time consuming than the free sites out there, but you have a lot more flexibility in what you do...

ourweddingday.com. It's free and it provides an RSVP, event planning, table assignment and an online guestbook. If you wanted a wedding website, it provides this as well. Good luck! :)

I also just saw Daniel's message and started setting up a site. I've actually started a few on various domains (weddingchannel.com, theknot.com, etc.), but I usually find something I don't like and don't finish it. I've been working on my mywedding.com page, and so far I love it! Very nice interface and some lovely templates. Thanks for the recommendation!

I just heard about http://nearlyweds.com/, not a hundred percent on everything they do, but I think it might fit the bill for you.

I saw Daniel's message and set up a website today, and I love it. It was fast and easy, and it has all the features of other sites but it was free!
