I have adored cake couturier Sylvia Weinstock’s work since I first became aware of her oh, almost 10 years ago. She’s a legend in the industry, best known for gorgeous, intricate, over-the-top celebrity wedding cakes. I understand, from a friend who was lucky enough to have been a guest at 2 Weinstock-ed weddings that the cakes are as delicious as they are beautiful.
